Refund policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, Dreami Studios does not offer refunds on:
- Brand identity services
- Website design or development
- Automation or studio systems setup
- Digital assets or strategy deliverables
If you believe an error has occurred or something is missing from your project, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve it.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel before work has started, please reach out as soon as possible.
Cancellations made after project kickoff are not eligible for a refund.
