Upon final payment:

• You receive full rights to your final brand assets, website files, and deliverables.
• Dreami Studios retains rights to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Respond in a timely manner
• Supply required content, logins, and approvals
• Respect project timelines

Delays in communication may extend project timelines.

5. No Guarantees

Dreami Studios does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results. We provide creative and technical services, not business guarantees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dreami Studios is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Third‑party platform issues
• Website downtime
• Business losses
• Errors caused by client‑provided content

7. Changes to Terms
